During the summer months, 89 Chestnut Residence welcomes all visitors to Toronto for both short and long term accommodation. 89 Chestnut Residence is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, by City Hall, within steps of the shopping and entertainment districts. It is a university residence with the look and feel of a hotel. Start your day with a continental breakfast which is included in the room rate. All our rooms are private and feature en suite bathroom with amenities.

This is a Non-Smoking facility.

We are also able to attend to group reservations for conferences and social gatherings, whether organized on campus or at our own 24,000 sq.ft.
