Full Online Booking provides an easy and cost-effective way to allow your guests self-service booking from your web page. For a small set-up fee and transaction fee, you can control what you want to sell at what times and at what price. It does not replace the way you do business, but enhances your web-based customer service. |

Request Online Booking, gives more control, allowing you to double-check before accepting a booking. The set-up fee and transaction fee are as above, but with the ability to manage bookings with a request handler. Guests reserve open spots pending re-confirmation by the operator. The operator can juggle, accept or reject the booking. |

A *NEW* Secure Reservation Request Form allows your guests to request rooms without tying up inventory. Set-up fee and monthly fees apply. The Quokka Online Booking System has been upgraded to provide a simple form for guests to request rooms for specific dates. This unique feature allows guests to see when dates are fully booked. Information is maintained by the operator but you can upgrade seamlessly to full online booking at any time. |
