Message from the President Happy New Year! 2003 ... it's starting to have that really in-the-future sound to it. Well the future is here and much is changing and we are all trying to adapt to the new world view. The team at Quokka Systems is hoping to help you work your way through the maze that the Internet can be. It is our belief that your customers are asking for direct online access to you in a self-service mode. If they find your web page, your guests want to book without having to phone, fax or email. Our big push for this year is to make sure our service and support ensures your customers have a completely problem free booking experience. To that end we are launching service initiatives to make sure every booking is properly received by the operator. Our product has matured a great deal since it launched in June 2000. We have added features and services every month. This month is no exception.
