Message from the President Welcome to our first online newsletter. Quokka Systems has passed the two-year mark of providing its Quokka Online Booking System to lodgings, campgrounds, B&Bs, tourism activity operators and tourism associations. I'm a little embarrassed that it took this long to put a newsletter together, but during this past summer I realized that the features and benefits of being a Quokka Systems customer were not being fully communicated. And worse not fully communicated to you, our existing clients. I found "Not Communicating with Your Clients" in a Marketing textbook under the heading "Bad Idea." In this inaugural edition of the newsletter, we are going to catch you up on a couple of our programs that we have launched. All of what we're doing is found on our web site www.quokkasystems.com. In addition, our own web marketing portal www.TravelInBC.com is live and should have all of you on it now. Please check it out.
